Who Is Responsible for Your Data

What We Collect
- Information you give us: your name, email address and message if you email us.
- Technical data: your IP address, browser and device, which our hosting and security providers process to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We measure visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies and doesn't identify you.
- Outbound click data: when you click a casino link, the casino or affiliate network receives a reference that tells them the visit came from us, so commission can be tracked. This reference does not contain your name or email.

Who We Share It With
We share data only with providers that help us run the site: our hosting provider, Cloudflare (content delivery, security and analytics), our email provider, and the affiliate networks or casinos that receive click references. We don't sell your data.
Transfers Outside the UK
Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, they rely on safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as the International Data Transfer Agreement.
How Long We Keep It
We keep messages for 12 months, then delete them. Visit statistics are kept only in aggregated form that doesn't identify you.
Your Rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to how we use it, or receive a copy in a portable format. Email info@sistercasinouk.com and we'll reply within 1 month.
Complaints
If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We'd appreciate the chance to fix it first.
Children
The site is for adults. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
