Who runs the Broadway Gaming casinos?

Broadway Gaming Group is based at The Reflector, 8 Hanover Quay, Dublin. It says it runs over 30 bingo and slot sites and supplies other operators through its Dragonfish platform. It started small. Butlers Bingo launched in June 2010, and Glossy Bingo followed in February 2013.

Most of the group’s growth came from buying brands. Here’s the timeline it publishes, plus the deals reported in trade press.

• In January 2014 it bought Rosy Bingo. Dotty Bingo followed in July 2014 and Bingo Diamond in August 2015.
• In July 2022 it completed its $45.25m purchase of 888’s whole bingo business, including the Dragonfish platform. The deal was first agreed in December 2021.
• In 2024 it took over brands from Tau Marketing Solutions and Zenzero Marketing Studio.
• In December 2024 it bought Moon Bingo, Robin Hood Bingo and other brands from Rank Group. Rank had gained them when it bought Stride Gaming in October 2019.

Two companies hold the UK licences. Broadway Gaming Ireland DF Limited (account 58267) has held remote bingo, casino and gambling software licences since 23 February 2022. Broadway Gaming Limited (account 39075) has held remote bingo and casino licences since 1 November 2014. Both list the same Dublin head office. We didn’t find a published parent company above Broadway Gaming Group, so the group itself is the owner you’re dealing with.

Butlers Bingo

Butlers Bingo is where Broadway started, in June 2010. It sits on Broadway Gaming Limited’s licence, account 39075, alongside Glossy, Rosy, Dotty, Bingo Diamond and Fluffy Wins. In 2016 the Advertising Standards Authority ruled that a Butlers welcome offer hid its wagering terms. That ruling fed into the 2017 penalty package covered further down. 888 Bingo

888 Bingo kept its name after Broadway bought 888’s bingo business in July 2022. Its own site says it has served players since 2009. As archived in June 2026, the site described almost two dozen bingo rooms, with 90-ball, 75-ball and 52-ball games and pre-buy tickets. It runs on the Dragonfish platform that came with the same deal. The name might suggest a link to the 888 casino and sportsbook. Costa Bingo

Costa Bingo is a Dragonfish site run by Broadway Gaming Ireland DF Limited. As archived in June 2026, its homepage said bingo tickets cost between 1p and 50p, with games running round the clock. The same page showed a games bonus with 10x wagering. That sits at the legal cap rather than below it. Moon Bingo

Moon Bingo has changed hands three times since 2016. Stride Gaming bought it with Robin Hood Bingo in July 2016. Rank Group bought Stride in October 2019, and Broadway took the brands from Rank in December 2024. The site puts hosted chat rooms and Slingo games alongside 90-ball bingo. Fluffy Wins

Fluffy Wins is the newest arrival here. The register now shows fluffywins.com as active under Broadway Gaming Limited, account 39075. Jumpman Gaming’s licence, account 39175, lists the same domain as inactive. As late as June 2026, the site’s footer still named Jumpman Gaming Limited, so the move is recent. XL Casino

XL Casino presents itself as an online casino rather than a bingo room. It runs on Broadway Gaming Ireland DF Limited’s licence, account 58267. Its site says you can reach support by email, phone or message. That makes it the obvious pick in this group if you want slots and casino games without bingo chat. What carries over between these sites?

Broadway’s brands look separate, but one group stands behind them. Here’s what that means in practice.

• Your contract is with one of two companies, depending on the brand. Check the footer to see which licensee holds your account.
• We couldn’t confirm a shared wallet. Treat each site’s balance as separate and withdraw before you switch.
• We couldn’t confirm whether self-exclusion on one Broadway site covers the rest. Ask support to apply it to every Broadway brand, or use GAMSTOP to block all UK licensed sites at once.
• The full terms wouldn’t load during our check, so we can’t name the dispute service. Find the complaints clause in your site’s terms before you need it.
• We couldn’t verify a one-per-household bonus rule across the group. Archived pages from June and September 2026 showed 2x wagering on a Sing Bingo bingo bonus and 10x on a Costa games bonus.

The group’s record isn’t blank. In December 2017 Broadway Gaming Ltd agreed a £100,000 penalty package with the Gambling Commission after offers on five of its sites left out significant terms.
