Grace Media Casinos Every Sister Site and Who Runs Them

Hot Streak Casino and Jackpot Mobile Casino both run on one UK licence, held by Grace Media (Gibraltar) Limited. That matters for you in three ways. A self-exclusion at one site covers every site on the network. Complaints that reach deadlock go to eCOGRA. And each site wants its own account, so don’t expect your balance or limits to follow you. Lady Luckmore and Love Wins Casino used to sit on the same licence, but the Gambling Commission register now lists both domains as inactive. Our verdict is that you should treat these sites as one company with several shop fronts. Grace Media was also fined £60,000 in 2025 over self-exclusion and marketing failures, so check your marketing choices after you sign up.

Grace Media Casinos: Every Sister Site and Who Runs Them

Who runs the Grace Media casinos?

The licence holder is Grace Media (Gibraltar) Limited, Gambling Commission account 57869. Its head office is at Sovereign Place, 117 Main Street, Gibraltar. The register shows the licence as active, with remote casino and bingo permissions from 9 March 2022. A gambling software permission followed on 14 May 2024, and betting permissions on 13 June 2025. The only trading name listed is Grace Gaming.

Grace Media first showed up in the UK trade press in January 2020. That’s when it bought Nektan’s UK consumer business for £200,000, according to iGB, which described it then as part of the Active Win Group. Today Grace Gaming appears on the Betable Group website as one of four group businesses, next to Betable, Newshore and APIS Gaming. The group calls Grace Gaming a white-label provider.

That label matters. The Commission describes a white-label domain as one a licensed operator runs in partnership with another business. Grace Media still holds the licence, and the Commission says compliance can’t be handed to anyone else.

On 26 June 2025 the Commission fined Grace Media £60,000. It found breaches of the rules on self-exclusion and on consent for direct marketing, and GBC News reported that marketing reached self-excluded customers. The Commission put it down to human error and noted remedial action. If you’ve self-excluded and still get marketing from a Grace site, complain to the operator and keep copies.

How do the Grace Media casinos compare at a glance?

Two brands with guides on our site are live on the Grace Media licence today. Both publish the same terms, carry the same operator footer and split their lobbies between casino and sport. The main difference is how the register lists them. Hot Streak is a Grace Media domain, while Jackpot Mobile is a white label.

Brand Type Register status One checked difference
Hot Streak Casino Casino with a sportsbook tab hotstreakcasino.com listed as Active under account 57869 Listed as one of Grace Media’s own domains, not a white label
Jackpot Mobile Casino Casino with a sportsbook tab jackpotmobilecasino.co.uk listed as White Label under account 57869 Homepage showed a weekly £5 Free Build-A-Bet sports reward at the time of checking (October 2026)

What does each Grace Media casino offer?

Hot Streak Casino

Hot Streak Casino is one of four domains the register lists as Active for Grace Media itself. Its footer names Grace Media (Gibraltar) Limited as both the operator and the software supplier. The site has separate Casino and Sports tabs, which fits the betting permissions Grace Media added in June 2025. When we checked in October 2026, the game lobby and promotions page didn’t load from our location. So we can’t describe the current welcome offer. Before you deposit, read the offer’s own terms and remember that UK bonus wagering has been capped at 10 times since 19 January 2026. Our Hot Streak Casino sister sites guide has more.

Jackpot Mobile Casino

Jackpot Mobile Casino carries Grace Media’s name in its footer, but the register lists jackpotmobilecasino.co.uk as a white label. You still sign up to the Grace Media Terms and Conditions, the same document Hot Streak uses. The site has a casino lobby and a sportsbook. At the time of checking (October 2026), its homepage advertised a weekly £5 Free Build-A-Bet. To qualify, you place a single £20 cash bet at odds of 2.0 or more between Monday and Friday. The stake isn’t returned, and you can get one reward a week. Read the full rules before you bet. Our Jackpot Mobile Casino sister sites guide covers the rest.

What happened to Lady Luckmore and Love Wins Casino?

Both brands used to trade on Grace Media’s licence. The register now lists ladyluckmore.com and lovewinscasino.com as Inactive under account 57869. A register search didn’t find either domain under any other licensee. The Commission uses Inactive for a domain that’s no longer in use or hasn’t started yet.

From outside the UK, both domains showed a Grace Media holding page, so we couldn’t confirm what UK visitors see. We don’t treat either as a current sister site. If you still hold a balance at one of them, email [email protected], the address on that page, and ask for a withdrawal in writing. See our Lady Luckmore guide and Love Wins Casino guide for background.

Which other sites sit on the Grace Media licence?

We don’t have guides for the rest of the network yet. You can still check any of them on the register domain list.

  • bettabet.co.uk, mangospins.com and royalvalleycasino.com are listed as Active.
  • chelseapalace.com, cosmicspins.com, fortunemobilecasino.co.uk, fruitywins.co.uk, lobby.alfobet.com, redspins.com, rollbit.co.uk and vegaswins.co.uk are listed as White Label.
  • 59 more domains are listed as Inactive, including former brands such as Slots Rush, Aya Casino and Panda Bingo.

What carries over between these sites?

Hot Streak and Jackpot Mobile publish the same Grace Media Terms and Conditions. Here’s what that means for you.

  • You need a separate account at each site. The terms let you hold only a single open account per site.
  • The terms don’t describe a shared wallet, so plan on separate balances.
  • Expect checks at each site. Grace Media can verify your age, identity, address and source of funds, and can restrict your account until it’s done.
  • Self-exclusion covers the whole network, for six months up to five years.
  • Promotions are limited to one per person, household, address, device, payment method and email, per site in the network. So two people at one address can’t both take the same site’s offer.
  • Disputes go to eCOGRA. If your complaint isn’t settled within 8 weeks, or you disagree with the final response, you can refer it free within 12 months.
  • You can opt in or out of marketing from other network sites in your account settings.

An account with no logins or play for 12 months counts as inactive. Grace Media says it won’t charge inactivity fees. After 24 months it closes the account and returns the balance where it can.

Which Grace Media casino suits you?

If you want casino games and the odd bet from the same account, both sites have a sportsbook tab. Pick the one whose lobby you prefer. If you mainly bet on football, Jackpot Mobile’s weekly Build-A-Bet reward was the only sports promotion we could read at the time of checking. If you’d rather use a brand Grace Media lists as its own, Hot Streak is that site. If you once played at Lady Luckmore or Love Wins, don’t assume your login moved anywhere. Those domains are inactive. And if you’ve self-excluded from any Grace site, the rest of the network should block you too.

Are there alternatives outside the Grace Media network?

If the 2025 fine puts you off, or you want a different complaints route, look at another licensee. You’ll get separate terms, a separate dispute service and separate self-exclusion records, although GAMSTOP still covers every UK-licensed site.

  • Jupiter Gaming runs King Casino, Red Casino and Dream Jackpot on a Jersey-based licence. The register shows no regulatory actions against it, and its terms name IBAS for disputes.
  • White Hat Gaming gives you a wider spread of casinos, with 7 Active and 21 White Label domains on its register entry.

You can compare every group on our casino networks hub. Our rating method explains how we weigh licences, fines and complaints routes.

How can you stay in control at Grace Media sites?

Grace Media’s terms list the tools you can set in your account.

  • Daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits, plus loss limits.
  • Time-outs from 24 hours up to 30 days.
  • Reality checks that remind you how long you’ve played.
  • Self-exclusion from six months to five years, across the network.

If you loosen or remove a limit, you’ll wait at least 24 hours before it changes. To block every UK-licensed site at once, register with GAMSTOP. For free, confidential help, call the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133 or contact GamCare. The NHS and Gambling Therapy offer support too.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Short answers about Grace Media Casinos. Something missing or out of date?

Tell us
How many sister sites does Grace Media run?

In October 2026 the Gambling Commission register lists 13 live domains for Grace Media (Gibraltar) Limited. Four are its own, including Hot Streak Casino, and nine are white labels, including Jackpot Mobile Casino. Another 59 domains, among them Lady Luckmore and Love Wins Casino, are marked inactive and shouldn't be treated as current sister sites.

Is Grace Media licensed in the UK?

Yes. Grace Media (Gibraltar) Limited holds an active Gambling Commission licence under account 57869. It covers remote casino and bingo from March 2022, gambling software from May 2024 and betting from June 2025. The company's head office is at Sovereign Place, 117 Main Street, Gibraltar.

Can you claim a welcome bonus at more than one Grace Media casino?

Grace Media's terms limit promotions to one per person, household, address, device, payment method and email, per site in the network. That wording works site by site, so it doesn't on its own stop you taking offers at two sites. Each offer's own terms can say otherwise, so read them before you opt in.

Does self-excluding at Hot Streak also block Jackpot Mobile Casino?

Yes. Grace Media's terms say a self-exclusion applies across all websites in its network, for between six months and five years, and your account is closed for that time. For a wider block that covers every UK-licensed gambling site, you can also register with GAMSTOP, which is free.

Has Grace Media been fined by the Gambling Commission?

Yes. On 26 June 2025 the Commission imposed a £60,000 financial penalty. It found breaches of the rules on self-exclusion and on consent for direct marketing. The Commission said the failures came from human error, and that Grace Media co-operated with the investigation and took remedial action afterwards.

Where can you take a complaint about a Grace Media site?

Start with the site's own complaints process. If it isn't resolved within 8 weeks, or you disagree with the final response, Grace Media's terms let you refer it to eCOGRA, its approved dispute service. It's free for you, and you've got 12 months from the final response to do it.
