White Hat Gaming Casinos Every Sister Site and Who Runs Them
Dream Vegas, Grand Ivy, PlayGrand, Hello Casino and Slotnite all run under one Gambling Commission licence. It belongs to White Hat Gaming Limited, a Malta company on account 52894. That company is responsible for your money, your ID checks and your complaints at each of them, even where a partner owns the brand. Four names from the same family have gone. Captain Spins and Jonny Jackpot shut in March 2026, and Hopa and BetTarget closed on 24 August 2026. Our quick verdict is that the licence is active and the group has one enforcement case on record, a £1.3m settlement in 2020. Before you deposit anywhere, check the web address against the register.
Who runs the White Hat Gaming casinos?
White Hat Gaming Limited is a Malta company, registration number C73232. The Gambling Commission lists it on account 52894 with one remote operating licence, 052894-R-329546-008. That licence has been active since 29 October 2018 and covers casino, bingo, betting and gambling software. You can check it yourself on the Gambling Commission register entry for White Hat Gaming.
White Hat started as a platform business. Max Wright founded it in 2012 and Phil Gelvan is its chief executive. It supplies the software, cashier and account systems, then runs casinos for partner brands under its own licence. The register shows 21 of its domains as White Label and 7 as Active, which are the brands it runs itself.
In 2021 White Hat set up a games studio, White Hat Studios, by buying a game server and catalogue from Blueprint Gaming. On 15 July 2026 Merkur Group agreed to buy that studio. Merkur says the platform and white label businesses aren’t part of the deal and stay with their current owners. White Hat’s own site doesn’t name a parent group.
There’s one enforcement case you should know about. On 28 December 2020 the Commission announced that White Hat would pay a £1.3m regulatory settlement over money laundering and safer gambling failures. It named grandivy.com, 21casino.com, hellocasino.com and dreamvegas.com. White Hat promised tighter source of funds checks and automatic blocks once spending limits are hit. If one of these sites asks about your income, reply quickly so your withdrawals aren’t held up.
How do the White Hat Gaming sister sites compare?
Every brand in this table is live under account 52894 in October 2026. White Label means a partner owns the brand while White Hat holds the licence and the legal duty to you. Active means White Hat runs the brand itself. Either way, your complaint ends up with the same licensee.

What does each White Hat Gaming casino offer?
Welcome offers change often, so we don’t quote amounts here. Since 19 January 2026, wagering on a British offer can’t be more than 10 times the bonus. If you see a higher figure on a British page, don’t opt in, and ask support to explain it.
Dream Vegas
Dream Vegas is a White Label brand. Its privacy notice says Whitezip Limited owns the brand and White Hat operates it, with the two acting as joint data controllers. White Hat covers the gambling side of your account and Whitezip covers marketing. If the partnership ends, the notice says Whitezip becomes the only controller of your data. The site has shown a sports section next to slots and live casino, and its terms name eCOGRA as the free dispute service. Dream Vegas was one of the four sites in the 2020 settlement. Our Dream Vegas sister sites guide covers the brand in more depth.
Grand Ivy
Grand Ivy presents itself as a sports betting and casino site, and its page title says exactly that. It’s a White Label brand on White Hat’s licence and was named in the 2020 settlement. We also found several lookalike sites using the Grand Ivy name on different web addresses. Some of them quote the real licence number. The register lists www.grandivy.com, so type that address yourself rather than trusting a search result. Our Grand Ivy guide lists the brands it shares a licence with.
PlayGrand
PlayGrand is another White Label brand. Its privacy notice names Branders Limited as the brand owner and White Hat Gaming as the operator. Its footer gives the same Gambling Commission account, 52894, with a Malta licence covering players outside Great Britain. PlayGrand wasn’t among the sites named in the 2020 settlement. Because White Hat holds the licence, any complaint still goes through White Hat’s process. If you want to know which company holds your marketing data, the privacy notice is the page to read. See our PlayGrand guide for its sister sites.
Hello Casino
Hello Casino is one of the seven brands White Hat runs as its own. Its about page, archived in February 2026, calls it a cooperation between White Hat and a separate team of iGaming professionals. It says Hello Casino keeps its own player conditions and bonus terms apart from the wider network. The same page says withdrawals stay pending for one to two days, then can take up to three working days to arrive. Hello Casino was named in the 2020 settlement. Our Hello Casino guide has the full picture.
Slotnite
Slotnite is also one of White Hat’s own Active domains. Its homepage, archived in February 2026, advertised over 2,000 casino games and its own exclusive table games. Its terms, version 6.1 from 12 November 2025, allow one account per customer and ban moving money between accounts on the network. They also allow a monthly maintenance fee once an account sits unused for 12 months, after at least 30 days’ notice. Log in or withdraw your balance before that point. Read our Slotnite guide for more.
Which White Hat Gaming sites have closed?
Four brands with guides on our site no longer take players. Their domains now show as Inactive on account 52894, and none is listed under any other licence.
- Hopa closed on 24 August 2026. Its notice says cash balances go back to your registered payment method within seven days, and bonus funds, spins and loyalty points were cancelled. Queries go to [email protected].
- BetTarget closed on the same day with the same refund terms. Queries go to [email protected].
- Captain Spins and Jonny Jackpot were run by Two Shepherds Limited, which stopped trading on 11 March 2026 and is handing back its Malta licence. Its notice asks players with funds to email [email protected] or [email protected], Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm CET.
If you still have money at one of these sites, email with your username and the last balance you saw. Keep every reply, because you’ll need them if you take the complaint further.
White Hat’s register entry also lists brands we don’t cover in a guide yet.
- Its own Active domains include 21 Prive, Diamond 7, G’day Casino, Mainstage Bingo and Skol Casino.
- Its White Label domains include 21 Casino, Casimba, Playzee, Temple Nile, Jackpot Village, Slot Planet and Spinland.
What carries over between these sites?
You open a separate account at each White Hat site. Slotnite’s terms forbid transfers between accounts on the network. They also let White Hat close an account opened after a ban elsewhere on the network. Because one company holds the licence, expect the same identity and source of funds checks on every brand.
- Self-exclusion. Excluding yourself closes the account at that site. We couldn’t find a written clause extending it to every White Hat brand, so register with GAMSTOP if you want to block them all.
- Complaints. The terms set out a three-stage internal process. After the final stage you can take the dispute to eCOGRA for free, as the Dream Vegas and Slotnite terms state.
- Bonuses. Slotnite’s promotional terms, archived in February 2026, limit each promotion to one per family, household address, IP address, email, phone number, card or shared computer. The clause is written per site, and partner brands set their own offers, so read each site’s terms before you opt in.
- Dormant balances. A maintenance fee can apply after 12 months without activity, so don’t leave money sitting in an old account.
Which White Hat Gaming casino suits you?
None of these sites is right for everyone. Match the brand to how you actually play.
- If you want sports betting and casino games in one place, Grand Ivy presents both.
- If you’d rather deal with a brand White Hat runs itself, Hello Casino and Slotnite are its own Active domains.
- If you want to know who owns the brand and your marketing data, Dream Vegas and PlayGrand name their partner companies in their privacy notices.
- If you held an account at Hopa, BetTarget, Captain Spins or Jonny Jackpot, settle that balance before you open anything new.
Whichever you pick, check the address against the register first. We explain the checks we run on every operator on our how we rate page.
Are there alternatives outside the White Hat Gaming network?
Leaving the network doesn’t mean losing British protection. Every operator below holds its own Gambling Commission licence, and you’ll find the rest on our networks hub.
- SuprPlay runs four casinos itself, all listed as Active, with no white label partners. That suits you if you want one company behind both the brand and the licence.
- ProgressPlay works much like White Hat, with 95 White Label domains on its account. Read it if you want to compare another white label licensee.
- Videoslots lists four Active domains and no white labels on its account, so the company you deal with also owns each brand.
What safer gambling tools can you use?
White Hat’s terms let you set spending limits, take a time-out or self-exclude from your account. Set a limit before you deposit, not after a bad session. If you want to block every British-licensed site at once, register with GAMSTOP.

Short answers about White Hat Gaming Casinos. Something missing or out of date?

The Gambling Commission register lists 28 live domains on White Hat Gaming's account 52894 in October 2026. Seven are brands it runs itself, such as Hello Casino and Slotnite. The other 21 are white label brands owned by partners, including Dream Vegas, Grand Ivy and PlayGrand. Eleven more domains are marked Inactive.
Is White Hat Gaming licensed in the UK?
Yes. White Hat Gaming Limited holds an active remote operating licence on Gambling Commission account 52894, in force since 29 October 2018. It covers casino, bingo, betting and gambling software. The company is registered in Malta and also holds a Malta Gaming Authority licence for players outside Great Britain.
Are Hopa and BetTarget still open?
No. Both closed on 24 August 2026, according to their own closure notices. Cash balances were to go back to your registered payment method within seven days, while bonus funds, spins and loyalty points were cancelled. White Hat Gaming handles any remaining queries through the support addresses on each notice.
Has White Hat Gaming ever been fined?
In December 2020 it agreed a £1.3m regulatory settlement with the Gambling Commission over money laundering and safer gambling failures. The failures happened on Grand Ivy, 21 Casino, Hello Casino and Dream Vegas. As part of the deal, the company committed to stronger spending controls and source of funds checks.
Can you claim a welcome bonus at more than one White Hat Gaming casino?
Each site's promotional terms limit offers to one per person, household, IP address and payment card at that site. We found no written ban on claiming at a sister site, but partner brands set their own rules. Read the promotional terms on each site before you opt in to anything.
Does self-excluding at one White Hat site block the others?
It closes your account at that site. We couldn't confirm a written clause that extends it to every White Hat brand. To block all of them, and every other British-licensed site, register with GAMSTOP. It's free, and you can choose six months, one year or five years.
