ProgressPlay Limited holds the Gambling Commission licence behind Mobile Wins, JeffBet, Monster Casino, Mr Rex and Mr Slot. It’s a white label business. Partner companies market most of these sites, but ProgressPlay holds the licence, takes your deposits and handles your complaints. That matters for you in two ways. A time-out or self-exclusion at one site covers every site on the licence. The welcome terms we read also cap you at five casino brands in the network. The licensee paid a £1m fine in 2025 for money laundering and customer care failings, so expect careful checks on your deposits. Two brands we’ve covered, BetElite and Luck Buck Bets, aren’t live under this licence any more.

ProgressPlay Casinos: Every Sister Site and Who Runs Them

Who runs the ProgressPlay casinos?

ProgressPlay Limited is on the Gambling Commission register under account 39335. Its remote casino licence has been active since 1 November 2014. Betting was added on 17 December 2018 and bingo on 23 August 2024. The register gives a head office in Limassol, Cyprus. The brand footers describe a Malta company, number C58305, with a Malta Gaming Authority licence issued on 16 April 2013.

The company says it’s been trading since 2012. It sells a standalone licensee platform, white label sites and turnkey set-ups to other businesses. On the register, 95 of its 193 domain names carry the White Label tag, including all five brands below. We couldn’t find a published parent group or any takeover of ProgressPlay itself.

The white label model has one practical effect for you. Whoever designs the site, your contract is with ProgressPlay. JeffBet’s own about page says ProgressPlay processes deposits and withdrawals and is responsible for player funds and customer support.

The Commission has acted twice. In May 2022 ProgressPlay agreed to pay £175,718 over social responsibility and anti-money laundering failings. In a decision dated 9 May 2025, and published on 21 August 2025, it was fined £1,000,000, given a warning and told to commission a third-party audit. The failings ran from August 2021 to August 2024. They included weak source of funds checks and poor monitoring of new accounts. If one of these sites asks where your money comes from, that history is the reason. You can supply the documents, or close the account and withdraw your balance.

How do the ProgressPlay casinos compare at a glance?

The table covers the five brands we found live on ProgressPlay’s licence in October 2026. Type is how each site presents itself in its own menus. Register status is what the Gambling Commission listed when we checked. The last column gives one checked fact that sets each brand apart.

Brand Type Register status One difference
Mobile Wins Casino, sportsbook and bingo www.mobilewins.co.uk listed as White Label under account 39335 Says it was founded in 2012, the year ProgressPlay started

What does each ProgressPlay casino offer?

Mobile Wins

Mobile Wins says it was founded in 2012. It runs a casino, a sportsbook and UK bingo from one account. Its footer names ProgressPlay as the operator, and the register lists the domain as a White Label site. At the time of checking (October 2026), the UK welcome page offered a part-matched first deposit bonus plus free spins, with 10x wagering on the bonus. That sits within the 10x cap that’s applied to UK bonuses since 19 January 2026. Skrill and Neteller deposits didn’t qualify. If you usually pay by e-wallet, read the payment rules before your first deposit. Our Mobile Wins sister sites guide covers more brands on the same platform.

JeffBet

JeffBet covers casino, sports and bingo. Its about page says it has run at jeffbet.net since 2025. A paid press release from 16 December 2025 described the switch as a move towards international markets. The register matches this, with jeffbet.net tagged White Label and www.jeffbet.com marked Inactive. JeffBet’s terms say you can’t open an account if you’re registered with GAMSTOP. Its about page names eCOGRA as the free dispute service. If you’ve bookmarked an old JeffBet address, use the .net domain and check the footer shows account 39335. There’s more in our JeffBet sister sites guide.

Monster Casino

Monster Casino’s menu lists slots, casino, live casino, mobile casino, bingo and sports. Its footer names ProgressPlay Limited as the operator under account 39335. The register lists www.monstercasino.com as a White Label domain. The version of the site we could load from outside Britain showed a welcome package with 50x wagering. That isn’t a UK offer, because UK bonuses can’t carry more than 10x. If a page ever shows you a higher figure, ask support which terms apply to your account before you opt in. Our Monster Casino sister sites guide has the wider picture.

Mr Rex

Mr Rex has casino, sports and live casino sections. The register lists mrrex.com as a White Label domain under ProgressPlay’s account. It’s one of five Mr-branded White Label domains on the licence, alongside mrslot.com, mrmobi.com, mrsuperplay.com and mrjackvegas.com. The shared name doesn’t prove a shared owner. It does mean the same licence rules reach all of them, including ProgressPlay’s cross-site self-exclusion. If you hold accounts at several Mr sites, check each welcome offer for the network limit before you opt in. See our Mr Rex sister sites guide for the full list.

Mr Slot

Mr Slot is built around slots. Its menu shows slot games, casino games and jackpot games, with no sportsbook tab in the version we saw. The footer names ProgressPlay as the operator, and the register lists mrslot.com as a White Label domain under account 39335. If you also want sports betting, JeffBet, Mobile Wins and Monster Casino offer it on the same licence. Remember that a time-out you set at Mr Slot applies to those sites too. Our Mr Slot sister sites guide compares it with its nearest relatives.

What happened to BetElite and Luck Buck Bets?

Neither brand is live on this licence now. The register marks betelite.com as Inactive, and the site returned a security certificate error when we tried it in October 2026. It also marks luckbuckbets.com and www.luckbuckcasino.com as Inactive, and the Luck Buck Bets address didn’t load at all. We didn’t find either brand under another licensee on the register. If you think you had money left in either account, email the complaints address in ProgressPlay’s current terms, [email protected]. You can take it to eCOGRA if it isn’t settled within eight weeks. We’ve kept our BetElite guide and Luck Buck Bets guide for reference only.

What carries over between these sites?

Each brand is a separate account, but they all sit on one licence. The terms we read at JeffBet and Mobile Wins set these shared rules.

  • Accounts. You can hold one account per site. ProgressPlay may close accounts if someone in your household opens a second account on the same site.
  • Self-exclusion. Any self-exclusion, time-out or similar block is valid across all websites the company operates.
  • Bonuses. Welcome terms say “Limited to 1 sport & 5 casino brand/s within the network.” Opening accounts across the network just to collect offers counts as bonus abuse.
  • Verification. JeffBet’s terms say you must pass ID and age checks before you deposit or play.
  • Complaints. You complain to ProgressPlay first. If it’s still unresolved after eight weeks, you can refer it to eCOGRA free of charge.
  • Your money. Customer funds sit in a separate bank account but aren’t protected if the company goes insolvent.

That last point is worth acting on. Keep balances small and withdraw winnings you don’t plan to play with.

Which ProgressPlay casino suits you?

The brands share a licence and rules, so your choice comes down to what you play.

  • If you want casino, sports and bingo in one account, Mobile Wins and JeffBet both offer all three.
  • If you mainly play slots and don’t bet on sport, Mr Slot keeps its menu to slots, casino and jackpot games.
  • If you like live casino and bingo alongside slots, Monster Casino lists both.
  • If you already hold accounts at five brands on this licence, the welcome terms we read suggest you won’t get another casino offer.
  • If you’ve self-excluded from any of them, the block already covers the rest.

None of this is a ranking. Our rating method explains how we score individual sites.

Are there alternatives outside the ProgressPlay network?

If you’d rather avoid ProgressPlay’s licence, two other networks make useful comparisons. Jumpman Gaming is also a white label provider. The Commission settled with it for £500,000 in May 2022, in the same announcement as ProgressPlay’s own settlement, when it ran 243 websites. Its brands share a licence in the same way, so check the same cross-site rules there.

Solaya Group works differently. It runs a small set of its own brands, including Casushi and Peachy Games, and names IBAS rather than eCOGRA as its dispute service. The register showed no regulatory actions against it when we checked. You’ll find every network we cover on our networks hub.

What safer gambling tools can you use?

  • Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits in the cashier. Lowering a limit is instant, but raising one goes through customer support.
  • Set a reality check so the site stops your session at a time you choose.
  • Take a time-out or self-exclude. Both cover every site on ProgressPlay’s licence.
  • Register with GAMSTOP to block all UK-licensed gambling sites at once.

If gambling is worrying you, call the National Gambling Helpline free on 0808 8020 133. You can also get support from GamCare, Gambling Therapy or the NHS.
