Solaya Group Casinos Every Sister Site and Who Runs Them
Solaya Group Limited, a Gibraltar company, has run Casushi, Peachy Games and PlaySunny since 1 April 2026. The brands moved across from Dazzletag Entertainment, and Casushi’s terms call the move an intra-group restructuring with no change of ownership or management. For you, that means one licence and one dispute service, IBAS. A time-out or self-exclusion at one site covers the others, but deposit limits don’t carry over unless you ask. You can hold an account at each site, with one welcome offer per brand. PlaySunny stopped taking new sign-ups in 2026, so it’s only an option if you already have an account.
Who runs the Solaya Group casinos?
Solaya Group Limited is on the Gambling Commission register under account 100050. Its remote bingo, casino and linked gambling software licences have been active since 11 November 2025. The register gives a head office at Europort in Gibraltar and records no regulatory actions. The company’s terms give Gibraltar company number 125734. Its privacy policy says the Gibraltar Gambling Commissioner licenses it as well.
The brands themselves aren’t new. Until 1 April 2026 they ran under Dazzletag Entertainment Limited, account 39358. Casushi’s terms say your account moved to Solaya on that date as “an intra-group restructuring only”, with no change to ownership, management, brands or products. Dazzletag surrendered its licences on 6 August 2026, and the register now shows all six of its domains as Inactive.
Dazzletag goes back further. In June 2014 Global Leisure Partners, which advised its shareholders, said Novomatic’s subsidiary Greentube had bought the company. Gambling Insider reported the deal as Greentube buying Dazzletag’s Bingocams platform. By 2025 the brands sat within Begame Group, whose affiliate arm GoGame Partners now says it promotes brands operated by Solaya. We couldn’t confirm from a primary source who ultimately owns Solaya today.
If you joined before April 2026, your account carried over automatically. You don’t need to register again, but read the updated terms, because the company you contract with has changed.
How do the Solaya Group casinos compare at a glance?
The table covers the three Solaya brands we have guides for. Type is how each site presents itself in its own menus. Register status is what the Gambling Commission listed when we checked in October 2026. The last column gives one checked fact that sets each brand apart.
| Brand | Type | Register status | One difference |
|---|---|---|---|
| Casushi | Casino | casushi.com listed as Active under account 100050 | No bingo tab in its menu |
| Peachy Games | Casino and bingo | peachygames.com listed as Active under account 100050 | Bingo moved to Playtech’s network in 2026 |
| PlaySunny | Casino | playsunny.co.uk listed as Active under account 100050 | Closed to new registrations in 2026 |
What does each Solaya Group casino offer?
Casushi
Casushi is the group’s casino-only brand. Its menu, as archived in June 2026, has sections for Drops and Wins, slots, live casino, table games, Slingo, instant games and jackpots, but no bingo. It isn’t one of the three bingo brands Playtech named in May 2026. Its general terms cap bonus bets at £5. They also say a maximum bonus cashout, typically £250, applies once you’ve met the wagering. The welcome offer in archived copies from 2026 was free spins with no wagering, after a qualifying deposit and slot stake. Offers change, so read the current terms before you opt in. Our Casushi sister sites guide has more detail.
Peachy Games
Peachy Games presents itself as a casino and bingo site, with a bingo tab next to slots, live casino and Slingo. In May 2026 Playtech said it had become the exclusive bingo provider for Peachy Games, Bingostars and Zebra Bingo. That puts you in Playtech’s networked rooms, so you may share games and prize pools with players on other operators’ sites. An archived copy from June 2026 also showed a newbie bingo room and Daily Catch, a free daily game the site calls its own. If you’re new to bingo, a free newbie room is a way to learn the format without spending. Read our Peachy Games sister sites guide for the full picture.
PlaySunny
PlaySunny is a casino brand, and the register still lists playsunny.co.uk as Active under account 100050. Its site said in June 2026 that it was no longer accepting new registrations. Existing players could still log in and use their accounts as usual. We couldn’t load the live site from outside the UK to confirm the notice is still up. If you have a PlaySunny account, you can still log in to withdraw your balance or use your safer gambling tools. If you’re new, Casushi and Peachy Games run on the same licence and terms. Our PlaySunny sister sites guide has more.
The register lists five more Solaya domains. Bingostars.co.uk and fruitkings.com are Active. Zebrabingo.com and jazzycat.com carry the White Label tag, and luckycatgames.com is Inactive. We don’t have separate guides for these yet. Casushi’s terms say a time-out covers any accounts you hold on any of the group’s brands.
What carries over between these sites?
Solaya treats each site as a separate account on one licence. Casushi’s terms say “You may hold one Account per Website under our Licence, meaning that it is possible to hold multiple accounts across our Licence.”
- Welcome offers. The welcome terms say “One Welcome Offer per player per brand.” Each offer still has its own eligibility rules.
- Time-outs. A break of 24 hours to 6 weeks is applied to your other accounts on the group’s brands within 24 hours.
- Self-exclusion. If you self-exclude from one site, Solaya applies the same exclusion across its other brands.
- Deposit limits. These don’t carry over. A limit set on Casushi applies only to Casushi, and you have to contact support to set one across every Solaya site.
- Complaints. If you’re unhappy with the final response, or eight weeks pass, you can take the dispute to IBAS free of charge.
- Your money. Customer funds sit in a separate bank account but aren’t protected if the company goes insolvent.
The deposit limit gap is the one to act on. If you play at more than one Solaya site, ask support to apply your limit across all of them.
Which Solaya Group casino suits you?
The three brands share terms, so the choice comes down to what you play.
- If you mainly play bingo, Peachy Games has bingo rooms on Playtech’s network.
- If you prefer slots, Slingo and live casino without bingo, Casushi keeps its menu to casino games.
- If you already have a PlaySunny account, you can keep using it, but new players can’t join.
- If you want one set of limits, stick to one brand or ask support to apply your limits group-wide.
- If you prefer offers without wagering, Casushi and Peachy Games both advertised wager-free free spins in archived 2026 copies.
This isn’t a ranking. Our rating method explains how we score individual sites.
Are there alternatives outside the Solaya Group network?
If you want a wider choice of brands on one licence, ProgressPlay works the opposite way. It’s a white label provider with 193 domain names on its register entry, and its sites name eCOGRA for disputes. The Commission fined it £1m in 2025, which is worth weighing up before you join. Its terms also apply a self-exclusion across all its sites, so the same one-block principle holds there.
Jumpman Gaming is another white label network. The Commission said it ran 243 websites when it settled for £500,000 in May 2022. Solaya’s register entry, by contrast, shows no regulatory actions. You’ll find every network we cover on our networks hub.
What safer gambling tools can you use?
- Set a deposit limit on each brand you use, or ask support to apply it across all Solaya sites.
- Set a reality check, which pauses play at an interval you pick, such as every 30 minutes.
- Take a break of 24 hours to 6 weeks, or self-exclude. Both cover the group’s other brands.
- Register with GAMSTOP. Solaya’s sites check it when you log in and when you register.

It's a Gibraltar company, and the register showed no regulatory actions against it when we checked in October 2026. Its privacy policy says Gibraltar's regulator licenses it too.
Can you get a welcome bonus at more than one Solaya Group casino?
The terms allow one account per website and one welcome offer per player per brand. That means each brand you join can offer you its own welcome deal, subject to that offer's eligibility rules. You can't open a second account on the same site to get the offer again.
Is Solaya Group the same business as Dazzletag?
The brands and customer accounts moved from Dazzletag Entertainment to Solaya on 1 April 2026. Casushi's terms describe this as an intra-group restructuring with no change to ownership, management, brands or products. Dazzletag surrendered its Gambling Commission licences on 6 August 2026, and its domains now show as Inactive.
Does a time-out at one Solaya Group site cover the others?
Yes. Solaya applies a time-out to your accounts on its other brands within 24 hours, and a self-exclusion covers them too. Deposit limits work differently. A limit you set on one site only applies there, so ask customer support if you want the same limit across every brand.
Who do you complain to about a Solaya Group casino?
You complain to the site first and wait for its final response. If you're not satisfied, or eight weeks pass without a resolution, you can refer the dispute to IBAS, the Independent Betting Adjudication Service. Solaya names IBAS as its dispute service, and using it is free.
