Red Rock Managed Services Sister Sites Who Runs Sun Bingo
Sun Bingo, The Sun Vegas, Fabulous Bingo and Fabulous Vegas changed licence holder in 2026. Red Rock Managed Services Limited, UK account 67754, now runs all four. The previous licensee, VF2011 Limited, surrendered its licence on 9 March 2026. Gibraltar’s regulator lists Red Rock as part of the Playtech Group, and The Sun’s publisher licenses it the brand names.
For you, the sites look the same, but a new company holds your money. Its name appears in the terms and on your card statement. Self-exclusion covers all four sites plus Mr Green. Our quick verdict is that this is a small, licensed bingo and casino network with no regulatory action on record. Playtech is reviewing Sun Bingo, though, so check the footer for any operator change before you deposit.
Who runs the Red Rock Managed Services sites?
Red Rock Managed Services Limited is a Gibraltar company (number 125099) based at the World Trade Centre on Bayside Road. It holds UK account 67754, with remote bingo, casino and betting licences active since 2 October 2025. Gibraltar’s Gambling Division lists it as part of the Playtech Group, with all four brands approved under its local licence. You can check the UK side on the Gambling Commission register entry for account 67754.
Red Rock is new, but the brands aren’t. Here’s how they reached it.
- November 2015. Playtech’s bingo division, Virtue Fusion, signs a five-year deal with News UK to run Sun Bingo and Fabulous Bingo, taking over from Gamesys.
- 2016. The sites move onto Playtech’s platform. VF2011 Limited holds the UK licence, account 45110, from April 2016.
- February 2019. Playtech and News UK extend the deal. It can now run until June 2036 at the latest.
- 2 October 2025. Red Rock’s UK licences start.
- 9 March 2026. VF2011 surrenders its licences, and its four domains are now inactive on the old account.
- 26 March 2026. Playtech says it’s reviewing Sun Bingo because the higher remote gaming duty from April 2026 makes it unprofitable.
The brand names belong to News Group Newspapers, The Sun’s publisher. It licenses them to Red Rock but doesn’t run the gambling. The register shows no regulatory action against Red Rock or VF2011. If the operator changes again, the new company name will appear in the site footer and terms. Check it before you deposit.
How do the Red Rock sites compare at a glance?
The register lists four domains on account 67754, all marked white label. That means Red Rock runs each site under its own licence while News Group Newspapers owns the brand. We have guides for three of them. The last column shows one fact we checked on each site in October 2026.
| Brand | Type | Register status | What sets it apart |

What does each Red Rock casino offer?
All four sites run on the same Playtech platform, so games and promotions overlap a lot. The real choice is bingo or casino, and which welcome offer suits you. Offers below are what we read on each site at the time of checking (October 2026). All of them sit within the 10x wagering cap that has applied to UK bonuses since 19 January 2026.
Sun Bingo
Sun Bingo is the bingo-led site in the group. It runs 75, 80 and 90-ball rooms, plus Winning Headlines Bingo, a 36-ball game with 10p tickets. It also has slots, Slingo and live tables. New players could choose a £40 bingo bonus with 4x wagering or 50 free spins with no wagering on winnings. Both need a £10 debit card deposit and a £10 stake. Pick the bingo bonus only if you’ll play bingo within the seven days the rules allow. Our Sun Bingo sister sites guide covers it in depth.
The Sun Vegas
The Sun Vegas is the casino twin of Sun Bingo. Its menu has no bingo tab and leads with slots, jackpots and live casino. Its lobby listed 2,291 games against Sun Bingo’s 2,295, so expect heavy overlap. The welcome offer was a 100% deposit match up to £100 plus 100 free spins. Both parts carry 10x wagering, which you have three days to complete. That’s a short window, so only deposit what you can comfortably play through in that time. Read our The Sun Vegas sister sites guide for more.
Fabulous Bingo
Fabulous Bingo is the second bingo site on the licence. It runs 90-ball rooms such as Pretty Penny Bingo and a Deal or No Deal room, plus 75 and 80-ball games. It describes Mystic Meg Bingo as its exclusive 50-ball multistake room. New players could pick a £30 bingo bonus with 4x wagering or 100 free spins. Winnings from those spins carry 10x wagering and are capped at £200. If you prefer spins without wagering, Sun Bingo’s free spins had no wagering when we checked. Our Fabulous Bingo sister sites guide has the details.
Fabulous Vegas
Fabulous Vegas is the casino partner to Fabulous Bingo. We don’t have a separate guide for it yet. Its welcome offer was 150 free spins for a £10 deposit and stake, with 10x wagering on winnings. It also runs Golden Chips offers on Tuesdays and Thursdays with 5x wagering. Its lobby draws on studios including Playtech and NetEnt. Check the expiry on each offer, because several lapse within three to seven days.
What carries over between these sites?
You open a separate account on each site. The Sun Bingo and The Sun Vegas welcome rules are for people who haven’t opened an account on that particular site before. The promotion rules say each offer is limited to one per registered account or person. Payments show on your statement as Red Rock Managed Services Limited.
- A default monthly loss limit applies when you register. It’s shared across Sun Bingo, Sun Vegas, Fabulous Bingo, Fabulous Vegas and Mr Green.
- Self-exclusion covers every Red Rock site and Mr Green, which sister company Blue Rock Managed Services runs. Blue Rock’s sites may take a little longer to update.
- The Sun Play and Sun Arcade are run by other operators. Self-excluding here doesn’t block them, so use GAMSTOP if you want them covered.
- Complaints go through the site’s own process, which normally ends within eight weeks. After that you can take it to IBAS, the independent adjudicator Red Rock names.
Which Red Rock casino suits you?
The four sites split neatly into two bingo sites and two casinos. These conditional picks follow how each one presents itself.
- If you mainly play bingo and like switching formats, Sun Bingo covers 36, 75, 80 and 90-ball games.
- If you want bingo with a different set of themed rooms, Fabulous Bingo fits.
- If you play slots and live casino and want a deposit match, The Sun Vegas is the one that offers it.
- If you only want free spins and no bonus cash, Fabulous Vegas keeps it simple.
Remember that the loss limit and self-exclusion are shared, but your balances aren’t. You can see how we judge licensing, terms and safer gambling tools on our how we rate page.
Are there alternatives outside the Red Rock network?
If you’d rather not depend on a network whose owner is reviewing it, these groups run on separate licences.
- Gamesys runs Jackpotjoy and Double Bubble Bingo and used to run Sun Bingo before 2016. Its complaints go to eCOGRA rather than IBAS.
- Rank Group owns Mecca, which runs bingo venues across the UK as well as Mecca Bingo online.
- Entain runs Gala Bingo and Foxy Bingo under its LC International licence.
Each group has its own self-exclusion, so GAMSTOP is the way to block them all together. You can compare every group we cover on our casino networks hub.
What safer gambling help can you use?
Red Rock’s sites give you these tools from your account settings. Set them up before you play.
- Daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits, plus reality checks that show how long you’ve played.
- Time-outs from 24 hours to six weeks, and self-exclusion from six months to five years.
- GAMSTOP, which blocks every UK-licensed gambling site at once.
