Skill On Net Casinos Every Sister Site and Who Runs Them
PlayOJO, Genting Casino, Slingo, Spin Genie and eight other brands in our guides all sit on one UK licence. It’s held by Skill On Net Limited under Gambling Commission account 39326. Some of these sites are Skill On Net’s own. Others, like Genting Casino and Slingo, belong to other businesses and run on Skill On Net’s platform and licence. For you, that means one company handles your money, your ID checks and your complaints, whichever site you pick. A self-exclusion on one site covers every account you hold on the licence. Deposit limits don’t carry over, so you’ll set them site by site. Our verdict is simple. Choose by the games and offer rules you want, not the logo, because the rules underneath are shared.
Who runs the Skill On Net casinos?
Skill On Net Limited holds the UK licence for every brand in this guide. Its Gambling Commission register entry shows account 39326 and a head office in Limassol, Cyprus. The remote casino licence has been active since 1 November 2014. Bingo followed on 14 February 2020, and betting on virtual events on 1 October 2026.
The company says it was founded in 2005 around online backgammon by Kfir Chervinski. It took a Malta licence in 2009 and launched PlayOJO in the UK in 2017. Its UK terms name the operator as Skill on Net Ltd, registered in Malta, with a sister Skill On Net company processing deposits and withdrawals.
Not every brand is Skill On Net’s own. The register lists Genting Casino, Slingo, Luna Casino and Zebra Wins as white-label domains. In practice, another business owns the brand while Skill On Net runs it under its licence. Slingo joined in February 2020 and Genting Casino in August 2021. Many of the brands are marketed by Kinetic Digital, which is owned by Cyprus-registered Prime Online Ltd. Kinetic lists Genting Casino, Spin Genie, Slingo, Mega Casino, Lord Ping, ICE36 and Prime Slots among its brands.
There’s one enforcement case on record. On 23 May 2023 the Commission announced that Skill On Net would pay £305,150 over social responsibility and anti-money laundering failures, plus £9,079 in costs. The register’s actions page shows nothing today, because the Commission keeps public statements online for three years. You can still read the Commission’s news release.

What does each Skill On Net casino offer?
PlayOJO
PlayOJO is Skill On Net’s own brand, launched in the UK in 2017. Its pitch is no wagering requirements on any reward, so bonus wins are paid as cash. It also pays OJOplus, a small cash return on every bet whether you win or lose. At the time of checking (October 2026), its homepage advertised a free-spins welcome rather than a deposit match. If wagering rules put you off bonuses, this brand is built around avoiding them. Our PlayOJO sister sites guide has the full comparison.
Genting Casino
Genting Casino carries the name of Genting’s land-based casinos. In August 2021 Skill On Net agreed a deal to operate the online brand and domain for an undisclosed fee. Sports betting was dropped from the site at the same time. The register lists gentingcasino.com as a white label, so Genting keeps the name while Skill On Net holds the licence. The site’s own draw is live roulette streamed from Genting venues such as Resorts World Birmingham and The Palm Beach. Complaints still go through Skill On Net. Read our Genting Casino sister sites guide.
Slingo
Slingo.com is owned by Gaming Realms, the company behind the slots-and-bingo game format. In February 2020 Skill On Net signed an exclusive deal to power and license the site. The register now lists www.slingo.com as a white label under account 39326, with slingo as an active trading name. You’ll find Slingo titles, slots and a bingo lobby on one account. When we checked, its welcome was free spins with 10x wagering on the winnings. See our Slingo sister sites guide.
Spin Genie
Spin Genie also started life at Gaming Realms. Skill On Net relaunched it on its own platform on 9 June 2020, with Prime Gaming handling the marketing. Today it mixes slots, Slingo games and online bingo rooms. At the time of checking, its welcome was free spins on a first deposit, with 10x wagering on the spin winnings. That sits within the UK’s 10x cap. Our Spin Genie sister sites guide has the detail.
Mega Casino
Mega Casino is one of the brands Kinetic Digital markets, and Kinetic gives 2012 as its launch year. iGB reported it was already on the Skill On Net platform by October 2020. Kinetic presents it around live casino play. At the time of checking, its first-deposit bonus carried 10x wagering on the bonus, and only slots counted. Its UK terms name eCOGRA as the dispute service. Read our Mega Casino sister sites guide.
Slots Magic
Slots Magic goes back to February 2014. Skill On Net built it for JackpotParty.com players when Williams Interactive, the online arm of WMS, left UK real-money gaming. At the time, Skill On Net called it the company’s first real move into the UK market. Both slotsmagic.co.uk and slotsmagic.com are active on the register. We couldn’t load its UK terms page from our location, so check the footer shows account 39326 before you deposit. See our Slots Magic sister sites guide.
Prime Slots
Prime Slots was one of Prime Gaming’s first two brands. It moved to Skill On Net from Aspire Global’s technology in October 2020. Kinetic Digital now gives 2011 as its launch year. At the time of checking, its welcome was free spins only, with 10x wagering on what the spins win and no matched cash. Its UK terms name Skill on Net Ltd and account 39326. Our Prime Slots sister sites guide compares it with the rest.
Zebra Wins
Zebra Wins launched in May 2021 on Skill On Net’s platform. Its owner at launch was 15 Marketing. The register lists www.zebrawins.com as a white label under account 39326. When we checked from outside the UK, the site showed a euro version, so we couldn’t confirm its current UK offer. Look for account 39326 in the footer when you visit. Read our Zebra Wins sister sites guide.
Four more brands in our guides share the same licence. Ice36 Casino and Lord Ping are Kinetic Digital brands, launched in 2019 and 2021 by Kinetic’s own dates. Both ran a first-deposit bonus with 10x wagering when we checked. Luna Casino is a white label, and its welcome needed a bonus code at the time of checking. Queen Vegas still has two active domains on the register. We couldn’t view its UK site from our location, so check the footer shows account 39326 before you deposit.
What carries over between these sites?
One company sits behind every brand here, but your accounts don’t merge. You’ll register, deposit and verify on each site separately. The UK terms we read on Mega Casino, Lord Ping and Prime Slots set out what links them.
- Self-exclusion on one site applies to any other known account you hold on the licence. The terms point to the Commission’s trading-names list for the sites it covers.
- Time-outs of 24 hours or one to six weeks only cover the account you set them on.
- Deposit limits are account-specific. The terms say it’s your job to set them on every other account.
- Complaints go to the site first, then to eCOGRA, the dispute service named in the terms. It’s free for you to use.
- Bonuses depend on an automatic eligibility check after sign-up, which can rule your account out. Opening extra accounts to get bonus money counts as abuse.
We didn’t find a group-wide clause limiting you to one welcome offer across these sites. Every welcome we checked used 10x wagering or none, in line with the cap in force since 19 January 2026. If a Skill On Net offer ever shows more than 10x, ask support before you opt in.
Which Skill On Net casino suits you?
The sites share a licence, so pick on games and offer rules.
- If you don’t want wagering on bonuses at all, PlayOJO is built around that.
- If you like live roulette from real casino floors, Genting Casino streams tables from Genting venues.
- If you mainly play Slingo or bingo, Slingo and Spin Genie both run bingo lobbies alongside Slingo titles.
- If you’d rather take free spins than matched cash, Prime Slots’ welcome was spins only when we checked.
- If you’ve self-excluded from one of these brands, the exclusion covers the rest. Don’t try to open another account.
Whichever you choose, check the footer names Skill On Net and account 39326. That tells you which complaint route and self-exclusion rules apply.
Are there alternatives outside the Skill On Net network?
If you want a different company behind your account, these networks hold separate UK licences. A self-exclusion with Skill On Net won’t reach them, though GAMSTOP will.
- Rank Group runs Mecca Bingo and Grosvenor Casinos online under Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited, account 57924. Its licence covers bingo, casino and sports betting.
- Jumpman Gaming holds bingo and casino licences under account 39175, with over 200 domain entries on its register page.
- LeoVegas Group runs LeoVegas, BetMGM and Pink Casino under account 39198, with a sports betting licence since 2016.
You can compare every operator we cover on our networks hub.
How can you stay in control at Skill On Net casinos?
Set a deposit limit on each account you open, because limits don’t carry across. Cuts take effect straight away, and increases wait 24 hours. The terms say you may not get self-exclusion tools until your ID is verified, so verify early.

Each site runs its own welcome offer, and we didn't find a UK clause limiting you to one across the group. Every site does run an automatic eligibility check after you register, and it can rule your account out. Opening extra accounts on one site to get bonus money counts as abuse.
Does self-excluding from one Skill On Net site block the others?

Has Skill On Net been fined by the Gambling Commission?
In May 2023 the Commission announced that Skill On Net would pay £305,150 after finding social responsibility and anti-money laundering failures, plus £9,079 towards costs. The money went to socially responsible causes. The register shows no regulatory action against the company today, as public statements come down after three years.
Who handles complaints at Skill On Net casinos?
Complain to the site's support team first, and ask for a manager if that doesn't settle it. If you're still unhappy and the dispute is about a gambling transaction, the UK terms name eCOGRA as the independent dispute service. eCOGRA doesn't charge players for this.
