LeoVegas, BetMGM and Pink Casino all sit on one Gambling Commission licence. LeoVegas Gaming PLC, based in Malta, holds it. Since September 2022 the group has belonged to MGM Resorts International, the Las Vegas casino company.

Three more brands share the same licence. They’re BetUK, Slot Boss and 21.co.uk. For you, that means one set of terms, one complaints route and one safer gambling system across six sites. A spend limit you set at one brand applies at all of them.

Our verdict is straightforward. Choose between these sites on games and features, because the company behind them is the same.

LeoVegas Group Casinos: BetMGM, Pink Casino and Who Runs Them

Who runs the LeoVegas Group casinos?

LeoVegas Gaming PLC holds the licence for every brand in this guide. It’s based in Sliema, Malta, and its Gambling Commission register entry shows account number 39198. In October 2026 its casino, bingo and betting licences were all active. The casino licence dates from 1 November 2014.

Gustaf Hagman and Robin Ramm-Ericson founded LeoVegas in Sweden in 2011. Most of its UK brands came later. In January 2018 LeoVegas agreed to buy the assets of Intellectual Property & Software Limited for £65m. That deal brought in 21.co.uk, Slot Boss and BetUK, grouped under the name Rocket X.

In early 2020 LeoVegas moved its UK brands, Pink Casino included, onto its own platform. MGM Resorts made its offer for LeoVegas on 2 May 2022. By mid-September it controlled about 98% of the shares, and LeoVegas shares last traded in Stockholm on 22 September 2022. MGM launched BetMGM in the UK on 17 August 2023, built on LeoVegas technology.

The Commission has acted against LeoVegas twice. In May 2018 it agreed to pay a £600,000 penalty over misleading adverts and its handling of customers at the end of self-exclusion. In August 2022 the Commission handed it a £1.32m penalty for social responsibility and anti-money laundering failures, with an official warning and an audit.

The Commission’s regulatory actions register shows no later action against LeoVegas Gaming PLC as of October 2026. You can check the register entry yourself before you deposit.

How do the LeoVegas Group sites compare at a glance?

All six brands share account 39198 and one set of general terms, so the same company holds your money whichever logo you see. What does each LeoVegas Group casino offer?

BetMGM

BetMGM puts MGM’s Las Vegas name on a site that LeoVegas builds and runs. MGM Resorts launched it in the UK on 17 August 2023 on LeoVegas technology. In the US, BetMGM was set up as a joint venture between MGM and Entain. MGM launched the UK site without Entain, so your account sits with LeoVegas Gaming PLC.

LeoVegas says the brand leans on jackpots, loyalty rewards and exclusive slots. Its sportsbook moved onto Tiger, LeoVegas’s own betting platform, in August 2026. If you knew BetMGM from US adverts, don’t assume the same rules apply here. Our BetMGM sister sites guide covers the brand in more detail.

LeoVegas

LeoVegas is the brand the group started with. It launched in Sweden in 2012 as a mobile casino and added sport and live casino in 2016. In the UK you get casino, live casino and a sportsbook under one login. Like BetMGM and BetUK, its sportsbook moved to the in-house Tiger platform in August 2026.

The Commission’s 2022 penalty named LeoVegas, but it covered the whole licence. Its announcement listed leovegas.com, slotboss.co.uk, pinkcasino.co.uk, betuk.com and 21.co.uk. Read our LeoVegas sister sites guide for more on the brand itself.

Pink Casino

Pink Casino launched in 2012. It was part of LeoVegas’s UK portfolio by early 2020, when it moved onto the group’s platform. LeoVegas Group describes it as female-first but open to all. It adds bingo and jackpot games to its casino.

Its terms, version 6.1 dated 24 September 2026, name LeoVegas Gaming PLC as the operator. They list the same six brands as the BetMGM and LeoVegas terms. If bingo matters to you, Pink Casino puts it on the main menu next to casino and live casino. More detail is in our Pink Casino sister sites guide.

The other brands on the licence

Three more brands share account 39198. We don’t cover them in separate guides.

  • BetUK, which LeoVegas Group presents as a sports betting brand with casino games alongside.
  • Slot Boss, a slots and live casino site.
  • 21.co.uk, launched in 2013, with casino, live casino and a sportsbook.

The register also lists some old domains on this account as inactive. They include bingos.co.uk, bingoloopy.com and bingogodz.com. If you once played at one of them, contact LeoVegas support about any balance left behind.

What carries over between these sites?

You hold a separate account at each brand. The general terms say you may open only one account per brand. Behind the scenes, though, the six sites share one rulebook.

  • One set of terms covers all six. Clause 1.1 names LeoVegas, BetMGM, BetUK, Pink Casino, Slot Boss and 21.co.uk as the current brands.
  • Spend limits travel with you. BetMGM’s and Pink Casino’s help centres say a limit set at one brand applies to your accounts at the other five.
  • Self-exclusion covers the licence. While it runs, you can’t open new accounts on any site under LeoVegas Gaming PLC.
  • Complaints end at the same place. If a complaint isn’t resolved within 8 weeks, you can take it to the Independent Betting Adjudication Service (IBAS) free of charge.
  • Welcome offers come with a household limit. Promotional terms for LeoVegas and Pink Casino say offers “can only be claimed once per household, computer and/or IP address”.

The promotional wording above comes from archived copies dated October and November 2025, because the live pages wouldn’t load for checking. Read the current clause before you opt in, and ask support if a second welcome offer is in doubt. The terms don’t say ID checks carry over, so keep your documents handy for each site.

Which LeoVegas Group site suits you?

  • If you bet on sport and play casino on the side, BetMGM, LeoVegas and BetUK all run the same Tiger sportsbook. Pick on layout and offers.
  • If you want bingo alongside slots, Pink Casino has it on the main menu.
  • If you mostly play live casino, 21.co.uk and Slot Boss lean that way, though we don’t review them separately.
  • If the Las Vegas theme appeals, BetMGM is the brand built around MGM’s name.

Don’t open accounts at several of these sites to stretch a budget. Your spend limit follows you to all six, and so does self-exclusion.

Are there alternatives outside the LeoVegas Group network?

If you’d rather spread your play across different operators, these groups hold separate licences. Our networks hub lists every group we cover.

  • BV Gaming runs BetVictor, Betano and Heart Bingo on account 39576, so you get a bingo-first brand next to two sportsbooks.
  • Entain runs Ladbrokes, Coral, Gala Bingo and PartyCasino, among others, on account 54743.
  • Sky Betting & Gaming lists Sky Vegas, Sky Casino, Sky Bingo and Sky Poker on account 65519.

A different operator means different terms and a separate set of limits. If you need a break from all of them, GAMSTOP covers every online operator licensed in Great Britain.

Where can you get help with your gambling?

LeoVegas’s and Pink Casino’s help centres offer time-outs of 1 day, 3 days, or 1, 2, 4 or 6 weeks. Once you confirm a time-out, you can’t reverse it. You can also self-exclude for between 6 months and 5 years.

  • GAMSTOP lets you block yourself from every online operator licensed in Great Britain.
  • GamCare and the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133 offer free, confidential support.
  • NHS gambling support explains the treatment you can get.
  • Gambling Therapy offers help online.
FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Short answers about LeoVegas Group Casinos. Something missing or out of date?

Tell us
How many sister sites does LeoVegas Group run in the UK?

Six brands share LeoVegas Gaming PLC's account 39198 in October 2026. They're LeoVegas, BetMGM, Pink Casino, BetUK, Slot Boss and 21.co.uk. The register lists all six domains as active, and the group's general terms name the same six brands. Some older bingo domains on the account are inactive.

Is LeoVegas licensed in the UK?

Yes. LeoVegas Gaming PLC holds remote casino, bingo and betting licences from the Gambling Commission under account 39198. All were active in October 2026. The company is based in Malta, and its casino licence dates from 1 November 2014. Every brand in the group trades under that one account.

Who owns BetMGM in the UK?

BetMGM UK is run by LeoVegas Gaming PLC, which has been part of MGM Resorts International since September 2022. MGM launched the brand in the UK on 17 August 2023 on LeoVegas technology. It isn't part of the US BetMGM joint venture between MGM and Entain, so your account sits with LeoVegas.

Can you claim a welcome bonus at more than one LeoVegas Group casino?

Archived promotional terms for LeoVegas and Pink Casino say offers can only be claimed once per household, computer and IP address. They don't say clearly whether that applies across brands. Read the live terms and ask support before you rely on a second offer. Any wagering should be 10x or less.

Does a spend limit at one LeoVegas brand apply to the others?

Yes. BetMGM's and Pink Casino's help centres say a spend limit set at one brand applies automatically to your accounts at LeoVegas, 21.co.uk, BetUK, BetMGM, Pink Casino and Slot Boss. Increases can take up to 24 hours. Self-exclusion also stops you opening new accounts across the licence.

Has LeoVegas been fined by the Gambling Commission?

Yes, twice. In May 2018 LeoVegas agreed to pay a £600,000 penalty over misleading adverts and self-exclusion failings. In August 2022 it paid a £1.32m penalty for social responsibility and anti-money laundering failures. No later action appears on the Commission's regulatory actions register as of October 2026.
