Sky Betting & Gaming Casinos Sister Sites and Who Runs Them

Sky Vegas and Sky Bingo are run by the same company, Bonne Terre Gaming Limited, which is part of Flutter Entertainment. They share one account with Sky Bet, Sky Casino and Sky Poker. So your login, your offers and your safer gambling settings all follow you across the family. That’s convenient, but it means Sky sees you as one customer. If you already have a Sky Bet account, you won’t get a new customer welcome offer at Sky Vegas or Sky Bingo. The licences also moved recently, with the games going to a Gibraltar company in 2024 and Sky Bet to a Malta one in 2025. Our quick verdict is simple. Treat Sky as one account with several front doors.

Sky Betting & Gaming Casinos: Sister Sites and Who Runs Them

Who runs the Sky Betting & Gaming casinos?

Sky Vegas and Sky Bingo are run by Bonne Terre Gaming Limited, account number 65519. Its remote casino and bingo licence has been active since 18 November 2024. The register lists five trading names, Sky Bet Games, Sky Bingo, Sky Casino, Sky Poker and Sky Vegas. You can check the live entry on the Gambling Commission register.

The setup has changed in the last two years.

  • Until late 2025, the same brands ran under Bonne Terre Limited, account 38718, based in Leeds. Its licences show as surrendered on 31 October 2025.
  • Sky Bet now sits with SBG Sports Limited, a Malta-registered company on account 67370, licensed since 6 October 2025.
  • Sky’s help pages say Bonne Terre Gaming is incorporated in Gibraltar and also holds a Gibraltar licence.

Ownership has moved too. Sky sold a controlling stake to CVC Capital Partners in a deal agreed in December 2014. The Stars Group then bought Sky Betting & Gaming, completing on 10 July 2018. Flutter Entertainment combined with The Stars Group on 5 May 2020. Sky Limited still owns the Sky trademarks and licenses them to the business.

In March 2022 the Commission fined the old licensee, Bonne Terre Limited, £1.17 million. It had emailed a Sky Vegas free spins offer to 41,395 self-excluded customers and 249,159 people who’d unsubscribed. The register shows no actions against the new company. If a gambling email ever reaches you while you’re self-excluded, complain to the operator and keep a copy.

How do the Sky sister sites compare at a glance?

Two Sky gaming brands have their own guide on our site. Sky Bet matters too, because it shares your account but sits with a different licensed company. The table shows who holds each licence and one fact you can check.

Brand Type Register status Worth knowing
Sky Vegas Casino skyvegas.com listed under account 65519 Most of its progressive jackpots are exclusive to Sky Vegas
Sky Bingo Bingo skybingo.com listed under account 65519 Runs on Virtue Fusion software and can share prize pools with that network
Sky Bet Sportsbook skybet.com listed under account 67370 (SBG Sports Limited) Same Sky account, different licensed company

What does each Sky casino offer?

Sky Vegas

Sky Vegas is the slots and casino brand. Its game rules say most of its progressive jackpots are exclusive to Sky Vegas, while some link with other casinos for bigger pots. At the time of checking (October 2026), its help pages described a welcome offer built on free spins with no wagering on the winnings. Part of it didn’t need a deposit. If you play with bonus funds, the general promotion terms stop you betting more than £15 per spin on slots. They also bar bets above 30% of the bonus in a single round.

Sky Bingo

Sky Bingo runs on Virtue Fusion software, and Sky says it may link prize pools with other bingo sites on that network. You’ll find 90, 80 and 75-ball games, plus Lucky Numbers Bingo with its own jackpots. You can buy tickets up to seven days ahead. Chat moderators run free chat games, but wins pay no more than £2 each, three times a day. You also need to have deposited in the last 30 days to win. At the time of checking (October 2026), the welcome offer paid a bingo bonus in tickets, with no wagering on the winnings.

The same licence also covers Sky Casino, Sky Poker and Sky Bet Games. We don’t have separate guides for those yet, but everything in the next section applies to them too.

What carries over between these sites?

Almost everything, because Sky treats you as one customer.

  • One account. Sky’s terms let you register one account, which you then use across all its services.
  • One offer per person. All promotions are limited to one per person, and each customer account gets each offer once.
  • Self-exclusion. If you exclude from every Sky product, Sky copies it to matching Betfair, Paddy Power and tombola accounts.
  • Global Deposit Limit. Every account carries a backstop limit based on your net deposits, as well as any limit you set.
  • Complaints. Sky aims to give a final response within eight weeks. After that, you can take the dispute to IBAS for free.

Welcome offers are the big catch, and Sky’s offer terms put it plainly. “Customers who already hold a Sky Vegas, Sky Bet, Sky Poker, Sky Bingo or Sky Casino account are considered to be existing customers”. So you get one welcome offer for the whole family, not one per site. Pick the brand you’ll actually use before you sign up.

Which Sky casino suits you?

With only two guides here, the choice is mostly about what you play. Our rating method explains how we compare sites.

  • If you mainly play slots and jackpots, Sky Vegas is the natural fit, given its own exclusive progressive jackpots.
  • If you like scheduled games and chat, Sky Bingo suits you better, especially if you plan your tickets days ahead.
  • If you already bet with Sky Bet, adding either one uses your existing account. You just won’t get a new customer offer.

Whichever you choose, check your deposit limit first, since it applies to the account you share across Sky.

Are there alternatives outside the Sky Betting & Gaming network?

If you’d prefer separate accounts or more bingo choice, other groups work differently. Each fact below comes from the Gambling Commission register or the operator’s own terms. Our casino networks hub lists them all.

  • Entain runs Gala Bingo, Foxy Bingo, Ladbrokes and Coral under LC International. Each brand needs its own account, and its new player offers are judged brand by brand.
  • Rank Group lists Mecca Bingo, Grosvenor Casinos and ten other active domains under account 57924, if you want a bingo-led group with a different owner.
  • Gamesys lists Jackpotjoy and Double Bubble Bingo on its own licence, with Virgin Games and Monopoly Casino run as white labels.

How do you set limits or take a break at Sky sites?

Sky gives you the same tools on every brand, because it’s one account.

  • Cooling off. You can take a break from 24 hours up to 30 days.
  • Self-exclusion. You can choose six months, one to five years, or permanently.
  • Deposit limits. Set your own, and the most restrictive limit always applies.

How many sister sites does Sky Betting & Gaming run?

Is Sky Vegas licensed in the UK?

Can you claim a welcome bonus at more than one Sky site?

No. Sky's offer terms treat anyone who already holds a Sky Vegas, Sky Bet, Sky Poker, Sky Bingo or Sky Casino account as an existing customer. That means one welcome offer for the whole family. Choose the brand you'll use most before you register, because you can't go back for a second offer.

Has Sky Betting & Gaming been fined by the Gambling Commission?

Yes. In March 2022 the old licensee, Bonne Terre Limited, was fined £1.17 million. It had sent a Sky Vegas promotional email to more than 41,000 self-excluded customers and almost 250,000 people who had unsubscribed. The register shows no regulatory actions against the current licensee, Bonne Terre Gaming Limited.

Who owns Sky Betting & Gaming?

Flutter Entertainment owns it. Flutter combined with The Stars Group on 5 May 2020, two years after The Stars Group bought Sky Betting & Gaming from CVC and Sky. Sky Limited still owns the Sky trademarks and licenses them to the business, which is why the brands keep the Sky name.
