Who runs the L&L Europe casinos?

L & L Europe Limited is registered in Malta under company number C53706, with its office in Mosta. Its own history page says two iGaming professionals founded it in August 2011. It doesn’t name them or any parent group, and we found no reputable source that does. It also holds a Malta Gaming Authority licence, MGA/B2C/211/2011, and a Swedish licence.

In Great Britain it trades under Gambling Commission account 38758. The register entry shows a remote casino licence active since 1 November 2014 and a betting licence active since 3 October 2018. That betting licence covers the sportsbook tabs you’ll see on both sites. No trading names are recorded.

• 2013. All British Casino launches as one of L&L’s first three brands, aimed at UK players.
• 2015 to 2019. Casino Casino, Yeti Casino, Fun Casino and Hyper Casino follow, and L&L buys Yako Casino in 2017.
• 2023. Pub Casino becomes the ninth brand, built for the UK.
• 2025. Quickbet launches, and Yako Casino closes on 30 September.
• 1 June 2026. Race Casino and No Bonus Casino close.

The register now shows yakocasino.com, racecasino.com and nobonuscasino.com as inactive, which matches those closures. It recorded no regulatory actions against account 38758 at the time of checking (October 2026). Sweden’s regulator did reprimand the company on 19 January 2026 and fined it SEK 80,000. It found contact details and risk information missing from its websites. If you can’t find something you need on either site, ask support and keep the reply.

All British Casino

All British Casino launched in 2013 and leans on its UK theme, with a British Favs lobby and live tables from Evolution. At the time of checking (October 2026), its bonus page described a 100% first deposit match up to £100, with a £20 minimum deposit, plus cashback. The same page sets wagering at 35 times the bonus for all bonuses unless stated otherwise. Its bonus terms still carry a 2017 version date. That’s well above the 10x cap for UK offers, so ask support to confirm the wagering in writing before you opt in. You can also cancel a bonus from your balance menu or switch off bonus offers in your profile.

Pub Casino

Pub Casino is the newer site, launched in 2023 and built for UK players. Its logo sits on the back of Preston North End’s shirt for the 2025/26 season. At the time of checking (October 2026), the homepage banner offered cash spins to new players who deposit and wager £10, with winnings paid as cash. The bonus page tells a different story. It sets 40x as the default wagering for any bonus, while the homepage text quotes 35x. Neither matches the 10x cap. Screenshot the offer terms and ask support which rule applies before you deposit.

What carries over between these sites?

Both sites use the same general terms, version 1.9, updated on 1 October 2026. Here’s what that means for you.

• Accounts. You can hold one account per brand and open one at every L&L site. The company then takes a single customer view of your play across the group.
• Verification. The company can check your identity whenever it considers it necessary, and checks can delay a pending withdrawal.
• Self-exclusion. You can exclude for six months up to an indefinite period, and the terms say it applies to all sister brands.
• Dormant balances. An account holding money turns inactive after 12 months without use. If L&L can’t return the balance, it charges €10 a month from the 13th month, so withdraw from accounts you no longer use.
• Complaints. Go to customer services first. UK players can then take the dispute to eCOGRA, whose rulings bind both sides on disputes under £10,000.

The bonus rules are shared too. They limit each bonus to “one casino account per person, family, address, household, credit card number, email address or IP address”. If you share a home or a card with another player, expect only one of you to get it.
