Videoslots Casinos Every Sister Site and Who Runs Them
Videoslots, Mr Vegas and Mega Riches all run on one UK licence. It’s held by Videoslots Limited, a Malta company, under Gambling Commission account 39380. For you, that means one firm handles your ID checks, payments and complaints at all three sites. It also means one compliance record, and it isn’t clean. The Commission has acted against Videoslots three times since 2018, most recently with a £650,000 fine announced in November 2025. The brands differ mainly in style and size, not in the rules behind them. Our verdict is to pick the site whose games you like, then set your own limits from day one.
Who runs the Videoslots casinos?
Videoslots Limited holds the licence for all three brands. Its Gambling Commission register entry shows account 39380 and a head office in Pietà, Malta. The remote casino licence has been active since 1 November 2014. Betting on real events followed on 7 December 2020, and bingo on 24 June 2025.
Alexander Stevendahl, a former poker player, founded the company in 2011. Mr Vegas arrived in 2020 as its second brand, and Mega Riches launched in 2024. On 10 December 2024 the group took the name Immense Group. A new holding company, Immense Group AB, was set up in Stockholm with Jesper Kärrbrink as its chief executive. The UK licence stayed with Videoslots Limited.
The enforcement record matters for your money. In November 2018 Videoslots agreed to pay £1m in lieu of a financial penalty. On 15 June 2023 it agreed a £2m settlement over social responsibility and anti-money laundering failures. On 30 October 2025 the Commission imposed a £650,000 fine, a warning and an extra licence condition.
The 2025 case found monthly deposit limits that didn’t count a customer’s first deposit. One customer lost £5,000 in a month despite a £3,000 limit. Videoslots must now complete an independent audit. If you set a limit here, check your monthly deposits against it yourself.
How do the Videoslots casinos compare at a glance?

What does each Videoslots casino offer?
Video Slots
Videoslots is the original brand, launched in 2011. The company says it passed 10,000 games in 2023. In 2015 it introduced Battle of Slots, a multiplayer slot format built around tournaments. A sportsbook came later, under the betting licence the register dates to December 2020. So you can bet on sport and play casino games on the same site. Both videoslots.com and videoslots.co.uk are active on the register. Our Video Slots sister sites guide has the brand detail.
Mr Vegas
Mr Vegas launched in 2020 as the company’s second brand. Immense describes it as smaller than Videoslots, with a classic Vegas style and many of the same games. It’s marketed in the UK, Sweden and Denmark. Its UK terms, archived in October 2025, confirm that Videoslots Limited runs it under account 39380. Those terms name IBAS as the dispute service. Read our Mr Vegas sister sites guide for the full comparison.
Mega Riches
Mega Riches launched in 2024 and doesn’t have a guide on our site yet. Immense pitches it at players chasing progressive jackpots and high-volatility slots. Those games pay out less often, so long losing runs are normal. Set a loss limit before you play them. megariches.com is on the register under account 39380, and the Commission’s 2025 notice names it as a Videoslots site.
What carries over between these sites?
All three brands sit on one licence, so the same company checks your identity and holds your money. We couldn’t load the live terms from our location. This section relies on the Mr Vegas UK terms as archived in October 2025. Nothing in them describes a shared wallet or login with Videoslots, so plan to register and verify on each site.
- Bonuses are limited to one per household or IP address. If someone at your address has already taken one, ask support before you deposit.
- Self-exclusion runs from six months to five years and is worded for the site you set it on. The terms suggest you exclude with other operators too, so don’t assume it reaches the sister brands.
- Time-outs of up to six weeks use the Lock Account feature, and support can’t lift them early.
- Complaints go to Videoslots first. If they’re unresolved after eight weeks, you can take them to IBAS for free.
- Fees can apply. The terms allow up to 3.95% if you withdraw deposits you haven’t played through, plus charges for more than one withdrawal in seven days.
- Your balance is held apart from company money, at the Commission’s medium protection level.
Those archived terms also described bonuses with wagering of 35 times the deposit. That predates the UK’s 10x cap on bonus wagering, in force since 19 January 2026. Check that any offer you see today shows 10x or less, and ask support if it doesn’t.
Which Videoslots casino suits you?
The rules are the same across the three, so choose on the lobby you’ll actually use.
- If you want a very large slot lobby and a sportsbook on one account, Videoslots is built for that.
- If you’d prefer a classic Vegas look with many of the same games, Mr Vegas fits.
- If you mostly chase jackpots, Mega Riches is aimed at you, so set a loss limit first.
- If you’ve self-excluded from one brand, use GAMSTOP to block the others rather than relying on the site exclusion.
Whichever you pick, check the footer names Videoslots Limited and account 39380. That tells you which complaint route applies to you.
Are there alternatives outside the Videoslots network?
If the enforcement record puts you off, these networks hold separate UK licences. You can compare them all on our networks hub.
- Skill On Net runs PlayOJO, Genting Casino and others under account 39326. Its UK terms extend a self-exclusion to every account you hold on that licence.
- LeoVegas Group runs LeoVegas, BetMGM and Pink Casino under account 39198. Like Videoslots, it holds casino and sports betting licences.
- Rank Group runs Mecca Bingo and Grosvenor Casinos online under account 57924, with bingo, casino and betting on one licence.
How can you stay in control at Videoslots casinos?
Set a deposit or loss limit as soon as you open an account. Under the terms, cuts apply straight away and increases wait seven days. The Mr Vegas terms say you’ll be asked how much you can afford each month, and that figure becomes your monthly loss limit. Pick a number you’re comfortable losing.

Tell usHow many sister sites does Videoslots run?
Three brands sit on Videoslots Limited's UK licence, account 39380. They're Videoslots, Mr Vegas and Mega Riches, on the domains videoslots.co.uk, videoslots.com, mrvegas.com and megariches.com. The wider Immense Group also runs brands for other countries, such as Kungaslottet and DBET in Sweden, which aren't on the UK register.

Yes. Videoslots Limited holds an active Gambling Commission remote licence under account 39380. It covers casino games since 1 November 2014, betting on real events since 7 December 2020 and bingo since 24 June 2025. An extra licence condition was added after the Commission's 2025 enforcement case against the company.
Can you claim a welcome bonus at both Videoslots and Mr Vegas?
Don't assume so. The Mr Vegas terms we read allow only one bonus per household or IP address, and the same company runs both sites. Ask support before you deposit. Also check that any current offer shows wagering of 10x or less, as UK rules have required since January 2026.
Has Videoslots faced action from the Gambling Commission?
Yes, three times. It paid £1m in lieu of a penalty in 2018, agreed a £2m settlement in June 2023, and received a £650,000 fine with a warning in October 2025. The latest case involved deposit limits that didn't work as set and weak anti-money laundering checks.
Where do you complain about Videoslots or Mr Vegas?
Contact customer support first. If your complaint isn't resolved within eight weeks, the terms say Videoslots will point you to IBAS, the independent dispute service. IBAS is free to use, and its decision binds Videoslots on disputes under £10,000 if you accept it.
